SHOW SPECIFICATIONS
- Homogeneous, free flowing and toasted in colour.
- If any changes phisically, discard product.
- Appearance amber
- pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
- Concentration of use 40 g/L
- Preparation:
- Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 5-10% of sterile defibrinated blood (Avoid bubbles in homogenization).
- If desired, add BLPS-00P to increase growth.
- Once opened avoid hydration
- Storage temperature 2 °C – 25 °C
